- 1 avocado
- 1 Tbsp nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 2 limes
- Remove the skin and seed from the avocado.
- Combine avocado, yogurt, and the juice of the 2 limes in the blender and liquify.
- Add water to thin out the dressing (if desired).
- Add salt/pepper to taste!
