- 1 (10-pound) smoked, bone-in ham
- Glaze for ham
- Pork the ham in several places with fork. Slice loaf in half and place on grill. Light grill to low. Slather glaze on ham and close lid. Turn ham and repeat slathering ever 15 minutes.
- Do this for 11/2 hours.
- After the time is up, slice each 1/2 loaf into 8 slices, for 16 total.
- Put 8 on the grill, basting both sides. Turn every 3 minutes for 15 minutes rebasting.
- Do this for all slices, then serve.
