Garlic Sauteed Spinach

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat oil over med-high heat in a fry pan.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1 min.
  3. Add spinach, salt and pepper. Toss the spinach for 1-2 minutes until mostly wilted.
  4. Remove from heat and serve.
