  • 1 oz, Jalapeno Jack Fat Free Cheese
  • 1.00 tsp, Onion
  • 4 cup(s), Baby Arugula
  • 1 lb(s), Short Ribs

Instructions

  • In small crockpot, put in ribs with 3 tsp of liquid smoke and onions. After three hours, remove from crock pot and shred with two forks.

Assembly

Bread, meat/onion mixture, bbq sauce, cheese, arugula. Serve warm
