- 1/2 lbs ground chuck
- 4 slices thick slab double smoked bacon
- 2 slices Smoked Gouda
- Cook bacon in oven
- When bacon is starting to brown, turn grill on high, and cook burgers for 6 minutes, flip over
- Put on Gouda and grill for 6 more minutes
- Pull burgers off grill, when bacon is brown, but still pliable, put bacon in a cross pattern, put burger on cross cheese down, pin bacon to burger with toothpicks. Let cool for 5 minutes.
