Hot Cross Bacon Cheeseburgers


  • 1/2 lbs ground chuck
  • 4 slices thick slab double smoked bacon
  • 2 slices Smoked Gouda


  1. Cook bacon in oven
  2. When bacon is starting to brown, turn grill on high, and cook burgers for 6 minutes, flip over
  3. Put on Gouda and grill for 6 more minutes
  4. Pull burgers off grill, when bacon is brown, but still pliable, put bacon in a cross pattern, put burger on cross cheese down, pin bacon to burger with toothpicks. Let cool for 5 minutes.
