Viking Caprese Pizza

Ingredients

  • Pizza dough
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 8 oz log mozerella
  • 3 oz basil
  • Olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Make Dough, and roll out to rectangle. Mix olive oil and garlic and brush all over top of pizza, top with parmesan cheese.
  2. Bake 10-15 minutes, check to not burn, pull out when turning golden
  3. Top with mozzerella slices and put a slice of tomato on each slice of cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
  4. Roll up basil leaves and slice, when pizza is done, top with shredded basil
  5. Top with pinch of pepper and salt.
