Vikings Jamabalaya

Ingredients

  • 1 box Zattaran’s Jambalaya rice
  • 4 gloves garlic
  • 4 serranos
  • 1 lb Johnsonville smoked Andouille Sausage

Directions

  1. Make rice according to directions.
  2. While rice is cooking. Slice and brown sausage in pan. Add chopped garlic and serranos and cook until done.
  3. Combine and serve.
