Western Cheeseburger

Ingredients

1/2 pound 96/4 lean ground beef
1 raw jalapeno (diced)
4 slices 45 calorie Sara Lee Wheat
4 slices Cheddar cheese
Barbecue sauce
4 slices thick slice bacon

Directions

Handmix the beef and jalapenos. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into an oval patty. Sprinkle each hamburger patty with salt and pepper.

Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes a side, once flipping over, put a slice of bacon, broken in half next to each other on the patty, top with cheese.

Baste each patty with barbecue sauce, grill the bread on each side. Assemble with your favorite toppings.
